What You Need to Know!

There is a possibility that the extreme heat could affect the texture of your product.  We try our best to prevent this from happening, but we can’t control it fully.   If your whipped tallow arrives melted or partially melted, don’t worry — it’s still completely safe and effective to use and doesn’t affect quality, only texture.

Texture May Change

Once melted, the product may solidify with a more balm-like texture instead of its original whipped consistency.

Want to Rewhip?

Place the jar in the fridge until solid, then re-whip using a clean spoon or mini mixer if desired.

📦 Helpful Tips

We recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery.

We package your items carefully, but we cannot guarantee whipped texture will remain intact in extreme heat.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for melting, as it is a natural and expected reaction in summer months.
